Ivan Ivan Pastore was born in Peterborough from Italian born parents who moved over in the 1960’s; from an early age he always had a passion for Italian cooking and making their own family wine. Being fortunate enough to travel all over Italy from a very young age has made him appreciate both the best of what Italy and England have to offer. Ivan's previous work in other Italian restaurants led him to make his dream a reality by opening Amici Restaurant with Giuseppe, his brother-in-law. Ivan ensures all customers new and existing receive excellent food with exceptional service.
Peppe Giuseppe Boccia was born in Naples, Italy and studied for 5 years at the institute of catering in Naples. After working in many Hotels and restaurants throughout Italy and the surrounding islands he went to live in Florence in Italy for 15 years, where he opened a gastronomia (delicatessen food shop). 
In the summer of 2004 he came to live in England and continued his passion for Italian cuisine working in Italian restaurants. Together with Ivan, Giuseppe decided to follow his dream, and opened Amici in November 2006.
Biago

Biagio Mozzillo was born in Naples, studied catering for 5 years and has worked all over Italy. He wanted a new and fresh challenge and came to England in 2001, leaving his family back home.

Since arriving here he has successfully carried on with his trade as a  top chef, working 8 years in well-known Italian restaurants in Newcastle.

He is a great new addition to the Amici family.  

maddie Madeleine Blundell was born in Peterborough and has been in Spalding for 7 years. Our only full time waitress is very much a part of the Amici family business.
