Giuseppe Boccia was born in Naples, Italy and studied for 5 years at the institute of catering in Naples. After working in many Hotels and restaurants throughout Italy and the surrounding islands he went to live in Florence in Italy for 15 years, where he opened a gastronomia (delicatessen food shop). In the summer of 2004 he came to live in England and continued his passion for Italian cuisine working in Italian restaurants. Together with Ivan, Giuseppe decided to follow his dream, and opened Amici in November 2006.
	Ivan Pastore was born in Peterborough from Italian born parents; he always had a passion for Italian cooking being brought up an Italian family. Ivan's previous work in other Italian restaurants led him to open the Amici Restaurant with Giuseppe, and is Partner and Manager, ensuring all customers recieve excellent food, and exceptional service.
	Enzo Fontanella was born in Avellino and came to England in the early eighties; he worked in many restaurants around Cambridgeshire. After many years in Italian cuisine he was delighted and honoured to become the Head Chef at Amici at its opening.
